/Cookie Jar
A community multisig-controlled vault that collects ecosystem donations to support Cookie Chain builders and developers.
Cookie Jar is the name given to the second community multisig vault, Vault 1. It exists to collect ecosystem-aligned donations and route those assets back toward builders, developers, and contributors working on Cookie Chain.

Cookie Jar is controlled by the community multisig. Funds are not held by a single operator, founder, or private wallet. The vault is part of the same community-led treasury model used across Cookie Chain.
# How it is funded
Leading Cookie Chain ecosystem projects can donate a portion of their revenue into Cookie Jar. These donations are voluntary ecosystem contributions intended to compound value back into the network.
# What donations are for
- Builder and developer incentives.
- Grants for useful apps, tools, and infrastructure.
- Support for contributors shipping public goods for Cookie Chain.
- Funding experiments that can grow the Cookie Chain ecosystem.
# Why it matters
Cookie Jar gives the ecosystem a shared place to recycle revenue into development. Instead of value only leaving apps, a portion can flow back into incentives for people building the next layer of Cookie Chain.
